I am honoured to share part of my journey with you. It took me 3 years to write this as a poem, because I knew not how to finish it, until I started my own deep healing journey … and then it happened. I collaborated with my dear friend, Amy Nelson, who helped me turn it into a mesmerizing hauntingly beautiful song.
Now, as a Therapist (Rapid Transformational Therapy), Certified Hypnotherapist, Integrative Health Coach and poet, I love to share my passion of healing from the inside out. I am living a playful life of physical sobriety, on my forever path towards emotional sobriety, and continuing to fuel my desire for conscious living through constant shifting of beliefs, thoughts, words and actions.:
